Return & Refund Policy

There is a 14 day money back guarantee return policy from the ship date of your pacifier. This is valid as long as the problem did not result from normal wear or abuse. Items returned because of defect must be received within 14 days of your ship date (no exceptions). Return Manufacture Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to product being return. Please contact us via e-mail at RMA@pacifiersRus.com for your valid RMA number.

The MonSep12 process may cause minor flaws to the shield. This is considered normal ware and tare, and not defective. All orders will have to clear a QA (Quality Assurance) process prior to shipment to customer.

Manufacture rejects (irregulars) are sold as is, and all sales are final. No exchanges, no returns, no refunds.
